U7-U9 Rep Pathway
This is not a beginners program it is for players that have the ability to skate, shoot and pass but want to get better at these skills!
If you are a player looking to get to rep or feel more confident playing rep hockey this will give you the foundation that will help you get the puck more, create more chances and understand 5 on 5 hockey.
The Shooting Lab
Shooting pucks in your driveway can definitely be useful but our Shooting Lab program will help develop the confidence to hit the net on the ice!
Players usually don't have a shooting problem, they have a hitting the net problem.
Many times their shot beats the goalie but misses the net.
This program will help your player hit the net more to build confidence which will translate into scoring more goals or getting more assists!
The Battle Lab
We get asked by parents a lot on how to get their players more aggressive during the game.
Winning more battles is a skill that doesn't get worked on enough, like any other skill it needs to be taught.
What most players don't understand is there is a major difference between body contact and body checking.
This program is designed to put your player in situations that they are battling for pucks, learning how to use their body and contact to separate opposing players from the puck.
With the confidence to win more battles your athlete will get more involved and go after more pucks.
